Our client is one of the largest Property companies globally, with a highly reputable name within the industry.
Your role will include:
- Manage Hard and soft services
- Assist with budgets
- Ensure the facilities function is maintained, reviewed and operating efficiently
- Develop appropriate scopes of works and contract documentation to allow contracts to be tendered
- Assist in the develop and implementation of planned preventative maintenance programs
You will have:
- Previous experience in a Facilities Management role on a Commercial Asset
- Ability to start ASAP
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proven stakeholder management abilities
