A huge opportunity to lead the Facilities Management Business Development function for a large Property & Construction consultancy that operates extensively in PPP advisory.

Your role will include:

  • Manage and maintain FM accounts
  • Utilise your own network, relationships and market knowledge to pitch/tender for FM contracts
  • Maintaining strong Stakeholder and relationship building abilities
  • Carrying out the Business Development function for the business
  • Supporting the Asset and FM team in FM and PPP advisory function
  • Understand clients needs and create solutions
  • Carryout regular budget forecasting, benchmarking and accruals
  • Design, implement and execute consultancy projects
  • Carryout all projects with high levels of productivity

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Facilities Management with a focus on Facilities Management, Business Development and winning new business
  • Extensive networks in NSW
  • Thorough knowledge of procurement and outsourced contracting in a service environment
  • Qualifications in engineering, business or property related field
