Our client is a growing business that is on the hunt for a number of Event and Exhibition Project Management professionals in Melbourne and Sydney.
  
The Opportunity
With an interest in and passion for producing custom exhibition stands and events, as well as stand experiences such as digital and content project management, account management, creative management and environmental design management you will wear many hats in this broad and diverse role.
  
You will be producing anything from a pop up in a retail environment with brand ambassadors and digital integration, to large double storey complex construction projects.
  • Establish new, and manage and build client relationships.
  • Manage and implement exhibitions, client engagement events and multifaceted projects - projects may include exhibition stands, product activations, product launches, conferences, gala dinners, road shows, corporate events, hospitality and technical event services.
  • Manage design requirements through sub-contractors, internal designers or personal inputs.
  • Take a project from conception and design thought to delivered project and all the steps in between.
  • Contribute to the development of the company by identifying, presenting and working in support of the teams to generate additional business from existing clients and to also develop new business. 
  • Ability to bring existing relationships to the business is highly desirable.
About You 
 You will be required to travel locally and internationally to deliver activations.  You bring:
  • A keen eye for detail, quality management, production experience, time management and multiple team coordination.
  • Onsite project management experience.
  • Budgeting and costing expertise.
  • Solid timeline and milestone planning expertise.
  • Understanding of the Mac operating system and usage of MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to operate 3D or 2D software programs a plus but not a must.
  • Virtual and digital project delivery experience a plus but not a must.
  • An understanding and knowledge of working drawings, material specifications, production and construction methods.
