My client is an established Media Company based in Surry Hills.This role requires a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Group Director.

Daily duties will include:

  • Travel management both domestic & international
  • Diary & inbox management
  • Organising internal & external functions or events
  • Processing Expenses
  • Setting up board meetings
  • Managing a team of administrators
  • Involvement with recruitment and on-boarding

Your experience will need to include:

  • Minimum 3 year's supporting C-suite
  • HR experience
  • Advanced software skills such as excel & word
  • Proven experience setting up board meetings and taking minutes if needed
  • Experience organising events
  • Experience in engineering or technology industry would be highly desirable
  • Excellent communication & people skills
