My client is an established Media Company based in Surry Hills.This role requires a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Group Director.
Daily duties will include:
- Travel management both domestic & international
- Diary & inbox management
- Organising internal & external functions or events
- Processing Expenses
- Setting up board meetings
- Managing a team of administrators
- Involvement with recruitment and on-boarding
Your experience will need to include:
- Minimum 3 year's supporting C-suite
- HR experience
- Advanced software skills such as excel & word
- Proven experience setting up board meetings and taking minutes if needed
- Experience organising events
- Experience in engineering or technology industry would be highly desirable
- Excellent communication & people skills
