It's an exciting time to jump on board and be a huge part of the business leadership team. This role requires a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to support the CFO & CEO.
Daily duties will include:
- Travel management both domestic & international
- Diary & inbox management
- Organising internal & external functions or events
- Processing Expenses
- Setting up board meetings
- Managing a team of administrators
- Involvement with recruitment and on-boarding
Your experience will need to include:
- Minimum 5 years supporting C-suite
- Advanced software skills such as excel & word
- Proven experience setting up board meetings and taking minutes if needed
- Respond well to change and deadlines
- Experience organising events
- Experience in engineering or technology industry would be highly desirable
- Excellent communication & people skills
