One of Australia's leading construction firms are on the search for a Document Controller to join their busy projects team. This is a chance to be part of a unique culture and hugely exciting project.
The day to day duties include:
- Set up and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for projects
- Control all aspects of documentation to & from online management systems
- Assist with communication and document flow within the project team
- Have the ability to work with minimal supervision, providing document control for specific projects
Your experience will be:
- Minimum 2 years experience in the use of online doc management systems
- Exposure to Projectwise, Bentley or BlueBeam software
- Excellent administration skills and proficient in word, excel & Microsoft
- High attention to detail and ability to work towards deadlines
- Excellent communication skills whilst dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Adaptable and professional work ethic to match the companies high standards of culture
