- Rotating Roster between 7am-6pm
One of Australia's largest water utility companies are looking for a superstar Customer Service Officer. You will be surrounded by driven and authentic individuals. The role will run for 6 months and you must be able to commit to the full contract.
The daily duties are:
- Fulfilment of all Service Desk related activities with a focus on digital services
- Be the first point of contact for all internal customers regarding IT related issues
- Resolving issues or escalating them via the online ticket portal
Adhoc administration as required
Your experience will include:
- Ability to operate within a service desk environment supporting customers
- 1 years' experience in operational delivery role
- Understanding of delivering managed end-to-end customer services
