Our top tier Healthcare client are looking for an inbound customer service officer to join their busy team. This is an opportunity to be the first point of contact with external stakeholders and huge exposure to the wider business.

Daily duties will include:

  • First point of escalation for inbound contact centre Nationally
  • Quality control measures and reporting
  • Assisting KPI management
  • Performance reviews fro team leaders
  • Complaints handling and dispute resolution
  • Assisting with recruitment
  • Liaising with patients, doctors, hospitals and health funds
  • Ad-Hoc administration duties

Your experience will include:

  • Previous experience in a customer service/ contact centre role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and email etiquette
  • Team player with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Healthcare/ medical experience would be highly desired
  • Must be a permanent resident or citizen
