Job Description

About the Role...

You will work in a friendly, fast paced team environment interacting with valued customers, internal managers and administrative staff. You will assist with administration functions for the Department.

The responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing and processing debt collections for ledger of delinquent accounts
  • Processing database searches and keeping spreadsheet data up-to-date
  • Assisting with the reconciliation of bank statement payments
  • Locate and contact debtors by phone and email
  • Distribute notices for outstanding or missing payments
  • Assisting with Payments
  • Administrating the incoming and outgoing mail
  • Setting up new files and keeping filing records up-to-date
  • Keeping debtor address book up-to-date and accurate

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Accurate data entry with attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a successful team
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
