Reporting into an engaged compliance expert with a history of training and developing her team (as evidenced by the promotion that created this role) this role will benefit from your proactive and engaged approach to work. With very strong communication skills you will have an innate ability to interact and create rapport with a variety of people and functions.
Financial service experience is imperative but this function currently runs well and you will not be walking into a set of issues or a poorly performing team.
- Basic responsibilities include Executing and maintaining the reporting program
- Completing compliance monitoring to agreed schedules
- Evaluating and advising the business on compliance issues
- Contributing to the ongoing development and design of compliance manuals and processes
