Working in partnership with the sales team and acting as a client focused marketing expert, this role supports strategic thinking and provides a deep understanding of customer, category and market insights. You will:
- Analyse and distil insights from multiple sources to extract trends and insights to drive a competitive advantage.
- Increase the influence and delivery of client revenue
- Improve the product and service offering to deliver a competitive advantage
- Act as a highly valued and collaborative partner with key client stakeholders
- Contribute to a high performing team who want to learn, grow and connect with one another
- Expert knowledge across relevant audience tools and survey building platforms (eg Nielsen Digital Ratings, Nielsen Market Intelligence, Adobe Analytics).
- Familiarity with statistical research packages (eg SPSS, Q Software)
- Ability to lead and unlock insights to support the development of strategic thinking
- Translate data and leans into actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for data
- Problem solving and customer-first mindset
