ABOUT THE ROLE
Provide exceptional Client services to a diverse Client base. Foster and lead strong Client relationships whilst driving internal projects on their behalf. Coordinate internal and external project teams including interior designers, project managers, buyers agents, mortgage brokers and accountants to get exceptional results for your Clients. You will manage multiple projects for extremely affluent local Clients and international expats as they build their property portfolios across Australia. Reporting to the co-founder you will grow with a rapidly expanding business and become part of their senior leadership team.


DUTIES

  • Build relationships with Clients
  • Advise on property plans, purchase and renovations (with support of internal team)
  • Present recommendations to Clients on strategy
  • Ensure all Clients are fully informed with current information on projects
  • Collaborate with the wider business on project plans and Client strategy


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in Client Relationship management
  • Experience managing project teams to drive outcomes
  • A passion for Property and Real Estate
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • A Client-centric mindset
