My client has built a strong reputation for delivering high quality, customer-centric Professional Services (Mobile) solutions for a myriad of commercial clients here in Australia and abroad. Due to their continued growth and success, are now looking to hire a Head of Sales to join their business.
This business is looking to double their staff and top line sales in the next 12 months. As theie Sales leader, you'll maintain and expand relationships with strategically important large customers as well as attract new business.
You will look to extract maximum value from all engagements with prospective customers, generating positive outcomes for the business.
Reporting directly to owners you will:
- Start to develop relationships with target organisations and decision makers
- Provide insights into market trends, what's happening in the industry and report on who spending money on projects
- Chase leads, organise meetings and develop maintain a pipeline of work.
- Work closely with the Technical Directors/Head of Projects to write/win bids
- They're looking for a grower, not a maintainer. Someone who can demonstrate an entrepreneurial side/"Hunter Gatherer" element to the way they work.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong commercial acumen, proven ability to work with and sell to C Suite Executives
- Ability to coach and close at all levels
- In-depth knowledge of sales cycles, and Professional Services
- Capable of building detailed Account Plans
- Extensive new business generation experience, with a track record of closing deals
- 5-10 years of face to face sales experience in enterprise selling
- Excellent written, visual and verbal presentation skills
