The principal responsibility of this role:
As the Business Development Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Data Acquisition to;
- Leadnegotiation strategies with key clients that deliver to business objectives and reach their goals
- Developthe annual strategy and plan for the region
- Coordinatingthe Data Acquisition activities in the region
- Implementexisting strategies to help support the achievement of targeted results against data acquisition objectives
Key experience required:
- 8+ years working experience in either data sourcing, business development, product or procurement
- Bachelor's Degree in an associated field in Business Administration, Economics or Supply Chain Management
- Excellent Business Development skills with the ability to leverage of both old and new relationships
- Knowledge of Maps and Location-Based services or related field
- Experience with supplier relationship management, sourcing and vendor management
- The ability to negotiate and draft contract for new clients
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to work with teams both on and off-shore
