The Opportunity
Working as part of a remote team, you’ll be responsible for:
  • New business development, customer relationship management and account growth
  • Consulting with and to prospective customers
  • Identifying new areas to target and develop connections, create leads and close deals
  • Establishing consultative and trusted relationships with a set book of business in Australia and New Zealand
  • Ensuring customer expectations are exceeded consistently and repeatedly
  • Taking the time to understand your clients’ goals and anticipate future needs to deliver optimal solutions
  • Eliciting client feedback for management and product teams and acting as internal advocate for your clients 
About You
While your qualifications and previous sales and account management experience are important, what is most valued is your energy, resilience, drive to succeed and your focus on delivering service excellence and outstanding customer experience.
You bring:
  • Experience selling into technology or retail technology companies
  • 4+ years of proven success as an Account Manager/Customer Success Manager or solid experience working as a Category Buyer for an FMCG retailer
  • Demonstrated success working with enterprise customers and growing their business success or usage
  • Superior client service and relationship skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar is beneficial
