Your new role
- Developing, negotiating and closing new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed Business Development targets
- Manage various stakeholders
- Build, maintain and nurture critical relationships
- Lead the Business Development function delivering tender documents and presentations on business performance
- Lead the function in new tenders and re-bid opportunities
What you'll need to succeed
- Must have previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience selling integrated solutions
- Must be highly networked within the Property space
- Must have a proven track record of winning new business
- Previous experience with bids and tenders
