Job Description
A niche cost consultancy with office across Australia and the UK are looking to appoint an assistant quantity surveyor to help them deliver a number of live projects. The role will be based from their Central Sydney office, although some interstate travel may be required on occasion. This role will sit within the commercial build division of the company and will be reporting directly to the managing partner. The projects you will be working on will vary in size, complexity and value and can range from full scale roll out programmes to bank monitoring services.
For this role you will require:
Between 2 to 5 years' experience of working with a client-side organisation or main contractor
A relevant degree in quantity surveying (or working towards)
Experience of working on commercial / build projects would be desirable
Both pre and post contract knowledge
Strong communication abilities
Good administration abilities
A high degree of presentability and integrity
