THE OPPORTUNITY

They have a current opportunity for an Assistant Centre Manager to be based on site at one of their assets. The role would involve;

  • Supporting the Centre Manager in day to day running of the centre
  • Working closely with the retailers
  • Assisting with financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Managing contractors onsite
  • Assisting in the management of on site projects

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The ideal Candidate for this position will have;

  • Strong understanding of Shopping Centre management, operations and financials
  • Previous exposure to retail property, Retail Management experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within close knit team
  • Experience working closely with key stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The organisational skills needed to manage multiple assets
  • Capabilities across budgeting and forecasting
  • A positive and self-driven attitude
  • A can do approach and enthusiasm to work as part of a successful team
