My client, one of Australia's leading organisations are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join there 2nd level support team
The role
- 6 month contract
- Start date: immediate
- Modern and spacious Sydney Central located office
- Competitive day rate
Main responsibilities
- Provide triage, user-support and trouble-shooting analysis on a number of my clients IT applications
- Resolve tickets, develop reports and unit tests
- Heavily involved in continuous improvement, user Management and maintenance checks
- You will report directly to the IT Service Delivery Manager
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven track record working in an Application Support role for either the Financial or Property sector
- Experiences in supporting ERP or any large financial applications
- Experiences in analysing or troubleshooting data in excel
- Basic SQL skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle multiple tasks at once, meet tight deadlines and deal with difficult stakeholders.
