I am urgently recruiting a role for our largest, Global client in the Medical Tech space. If you are an Admin or coordination superstar, super organised and love to mix it up with a bit of customer service on the side. I need to hear from you. This is a critical, busy role supporting the field sales team.
The Role:
- Contacting clients to gather important information about the product
- Coordinate IT staff during service delivery of the product
- Logging support tickets
- Processing sales orders and updating orders
- Processing invoices
- Ad-hoc administration
Experience needed:
- Min 3 Years in an Admin/ Coordinator role
- Telephone Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Proven track record of hitting targets/ deadlines
