Role Overview:

This is an initial six month fixed term contract with a strong possibility of further progression. You will be responsible for providing support relating to the courier of the businesses goods. You will carry out responsibilities such as:
  • Keeping CRM updated
  • Data entry 
  • Generating labels 
  • Making courier bookings 
  • Answer and respond to calls and voicemails
  • Calls to relevant stakeholders 
  • General admin 
Your experience will include:
  • 1 + years administration experience 
  • Microsoft Office experience including EXCEL 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Previous CRM experience 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise workloads and handle peaks/troughs
