Job Description

I am on the search for an Office Assistant to join my Construction client situated in the leafy streets of North Sydney. They are winning tenders left right and center with very exciting projects under their belt. They may be a medium-sized firm but big in personality and a strong name in their market.

If you are looking to be the "go-to" in the office and have exposure to all of the exciting operational and project side of the business, read on!

Your day will involve:
  • Run the front of house desk/ area
  • Assist Executives with any administrative tasks as needed
  • Update and distribute weekly internal meeting minutes
  • Assist with client requirements and functions
  • Assist with developing, reviewing and updating documents and templates
  • Update website content as required
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Liaise with the landlord on all tenancy related matters
  • Issue invoices and debt collecting where needed
  • All other ad-hoc administration duties

Your experience:
  • Ideally 2-3 years in a similar role
  • Engineering/ Construction industry would be desirable
  • Advanced excel, and Microsoft software
  • Excellent communication and people building skills
  • Financial Administration experience 
  • Australian resident or citizen
