I am partnering with one of our top tier clients who are a global reinsurance organisation on the search for an Account/ Client Coordinator to join their extremely busy team. This is a newly created role with huge growth potential and exposure to external stakeholders. You can really take this role by the horns and make it your own. I am looking for a 'go getter' who can switch between delivering outstanding Admin support to managing high level client, executive accounts.
A typical day will include:
- Supporting two client Account Managers
- Coordinating client documentation
- Auditing and Reporting
- Account Mange executive clients
- Communicate with Internal and external stakeholders
- Ad-hoc Admin and coordination duties
- Manage executive accounts in absence of Senior reports
You will look a little like:
- Have a 'can do' and team player attitude as well as working autonomously
- Have high attention to detail when checking documentation
- Coordinating and prioritising high volumes of workload
- Maintaining the high business standards in your Account management approach
- Forward thinker and natural leader
- Ability to not buckle under pressure in testing situations
- A natural problem solver and negotiator
