Doing what I say I will do. I don’t expect everyone to know who I am in the industry, but those who do should know that I do my utmost to ensure their recruitment process is outstanding.
WHAT AM I PASSIONATE ABOUT?
Working with people I like (clients, candidates and colleagues) doing something I enjoy. Recruitment is really a succession of projects which provides variety and (hopefully) keeps you sharp. I also believe that work must be congruent with life at home for things to last.
WHAT AM I BEST AT?
I focus on mid-senior roles within Finance & Accounting and also lead the Talent Web Management team in providing solutions for all roles within the “World of the CFO”. I am best at matching candidates with the content and context of the opportunity and I am a pretty good judge of whether 2 people can work together well for 8 or more hours at days. I have also developed an unplanned focus on particularly technical accounting roles.
