As businesses nationwide are returning to the office, I want to reaffirm that the health and safety of our employees, clients, and contractors is our top priority.


Talent Web began a staged return to the office in August, we are actively monitoring the situation and have put a series of measures and precautions in place to ensure the safety of our employees, clients and, contractors during this time.

In an attempt to minimise exposure to the virus and to safeguard our employees, clients and, contractors, our core office days will be Tuesday - Thursday. In addition, in order to protect all parties from unnecessary risk, we are asking our consultants to conduct all candidate and client meetings over virtual connect technology, unless absolutely necessary. Employees will continue to work from home outside of these hours until further notice, this will minimise risk and exposure for staff, our clients, and candidates.

I am confident that we are coming out of the other side of this, however, we remain cautious. We will be closely monitoring developments and will aim to act nimbly and in the best interest of our clients, contractors, and employees at all times.
