As nationwide efforts ramp up to flatten the curve COVID-19, I want to reaffirm that the health and safety of our employees, clients, and contractors is our top priority.
 
We are actively monitoring the situation, and we have put in place a series of measures to help ensure the safety of our employees, the continuity of our business, and support for our clients and contractors during this time.

In an attempt to minimise employee exposure to the virus and to maximise remote flexibility to safeguard our employees’, clients’ and contractors’ best interests I have asked our people to work from home until further notice. Talent Web have a “Work Anywhere, Anytime” policy and our people have the ability to work from home effectively for an indefinite period should the situation require it.

We are asking our consultants to conduct all candidate and client meetings over virtual connect technology until it is safe to resume normal business practices in order to protect all parties from unnecessary risk. 

These are unprecedented times and unchartered waters but I am confident that together as a community, we can navigate the challenges ahead. We will be closely monitoring developments and will aim to act nimbly and in the best interest of our clients, contractors and employees at all times.
