So\u00a0what can we do to ensure we are in the most positive and focussed mindset at this time? I have put together a few tips to help you achieve this along with a\u00a0clear framework for goal setting. These should all be great tips for resetting, reviewing and refocussing with clarity, putting you in the\u00a0most positive and productive headspace possible over the coming months.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<h4><strong><u>1) RESET<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a\u00a0<em>vision<\/em>\u00a0for your short term future \u2013 it is a clear short term vision (30 days)<\/li>\n<li>Plan \u2013 don\u2019t panic. With a plan you make progress and with progress, you develop passion and energy<\/li>\n<li>What is your number one goal? This counts for both personally and professionally (see goal-setting plan below)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h4><strong><u>2) REVIEW<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess what is happening and react (emotional) and respond (action)<\/li>\n<li>Pick a mindset that you want to achieve in the next 30 days. Is it invincible, tenacious, empowered, focussed, etc<\/li>\n<li>Mindset is reinforced by daily rituals.\u00a0 What are the three daily rituals you can put in place to ensure that mindset?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h4><strong><u>3) REFOCUS<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Priorities \u2013 what are three objectives that you are trying to achieve each day<\/li>\n<li>What projects can we do now to propel your position once things are back to normal?\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Personal \u2013 what can you do for both your mental and personal health in this environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h4><strong><u>GOAL SETTING<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li >\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Find out what emotion do you want to experience.\u00a0 What do you want to feel?<\/li>\n<li >\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Articulate your number one goal<\/li>\n<li >\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Set a\u00a0date that you want to\u00a0achieve it\u00a0by<\/li>\n<li >\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Work out 5 reasons WHY this is important<\/li>\n<li >\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0What are two things that you need to<strong>\u00a0start<\/strong>\u00a0doing and what are the two things you need to\u00a0<strong>stop<\/strong>\u00a0doing to achieve this<\/li>\n<li >\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0What milestones will you have to achieve along the way to make sure you reach your goal\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Remember that\u00a0in all that you can\u2019t control, there is a lot you can.\u200b\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em><\/em><span >With thanks to\u00a0Keith Abraham and The Conquer The Crisis Webinar<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- = @blog.main_content.html_safe --><br \/>\n<\/article>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the face of the challenges we are taking on worldwide, we all need to reset, review and refocus our mindset for a short period of time.\u00a0 What worked last week may not necessarily be the best option now.
