Natalia began her career in people-centred roles before moving into recruitment, where she found her niche supporting marketing, brand and communications talent. Over the past decade, she has built a reputation for her thoughtful, detail-driven approach and her work across the B Corp and impact ecosystem. Today, she leads TalentWeb’s Sales and Marketing Practice while also shaping the agency’s community and impact initiatives.
